METPOINT ® BDL is a new type of graphic display recorder that collects key processing parameters, such as those used in the field of compressed air and compressed gas. The electronic acquisition system measures the input signals of the connection and obtains the information required for different applications from these signals. Information is displayed and stored on the recorder. These processes can be archived for a long time, and alarm signals can be transmitted to higher-level systems. Screen recorders can be process oriented, evaluating each step and taking quick action on site if necessary.
The data logger can connect and configure up to 12 analog and/or digital sensors, and the system automatically identifies the sensors based on their type. All measurement values, signal curves, and out of limit data are displayed on the 7-inch color touch screen. With the addition of consumption rate analysis function, daily, weekly, or monthly evaluations can be calculated together with costs and counter readings. You can move your fingers to pan and zoom the curve graph.

Evaluate measurement data - promptly indicate faults
In addition to the measurement data collection function, it also has statistical evaluation (cost, maximum value, etc.) function, which is output in the form of Excel files. Four alarm relays, along with up to 32 freely configurable limit value fault displays, ensure the safety of the production process at critical sites.
The data transmission is very flexible - it can be transmitted through USB or Ethernet on a PC. In addition, the data logger also has optional network server, SMS, and email functions. Integrating Ethernet interfaces and evaluation software enables remote maintenance and consumption analysis
